Whole House Rental: Use of entire first floor of the house and gardens

Weekdays: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. $700 (Cleaned up and out by 3:00 pm)
Evenings after 3:00 p.m. & Weekends: $700
Weddings/Receptions: Use of entire house and grounds all day. $2000.00

Refundable Deposit: Due 6 months prior to your event.
$250 deposit for up to 100 guests
$350 deposit for up to 200 guests
$500 deposit for 200+ guests
*Deposits may vary based upon number of guests

*No sales tax is charged on the deposit.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are refundable after your activity, as long as there are no damages. If there are damages, you will be notified of any charges. Notice of cancellation must be received within 90 working days prior to the event for a full refund of fees and all notices of cancellation must be in writing.
